Planning Commission - Board of Adjustment

The Beltrami County Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment conduct Public Hearings on the fourth Monday of the Month.   The Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment (PCBOA) conduct Work Meetings at 5:30pm to review the agenda for the evening.   They then conduct the Public Hearing at 6:00pm to address issues before them and to hear public comments.

The public hearing is held in the Beltrami County Board Room located in the County Administration Building at 701 Minnesota Ave NW Suite 102, Bemidji, MN.
