Tax Forfeited Parcel Classification

Notice is hereby given that the Beltrami County Board of Commissioners will classify parcels of land that were tax forfeited between 2016 and 2022 at their Regularly scheduled Board Meeting on January 7th, 2025 at 5:00 in the County Administration Building, 701 Minnesota Ave, Bemidji.  The parcels will be classified as “conservation” or “non-conservation” to meet the requirements of MN Statute 282.01.
