2024 Beltrami County Roadway Construction

Construction is scheduled to begin for 2024 paving projects as detailed below. Construction activities will begin the week of July 7 and work should be completed in late August. Expect construction activities, delays, and temporary detours on the below routes throughout the construction timeframe.

CSAH 57 (Sandpiper Rd NE, Bittern Rd NE, Island View Dr NE) from CSAH 57 (Sumac Rd NE) to CSAH 21 (Bemidji Rd NE)- Aggregate Base and Bituminous Surfacing

CSAH 57 (Island View Dr NE) from CSAH 21 (Bemidji Rd NE) to US 71- Stabilized Full Depth Reclamation and Bituminous Surfacing

CSAH 6 (15^th St NW) from CSAH 11 (Adams Ave NW) to Norton Ave NW- Mill and Bituminous Overlay

CSAH 21 (Bemidji Ave N, Bemidji Rd NE) from Annebell St NE to US 71- Mill and Bituminous Overlay

CSAH 8 (Roosevelt Rd SE) from the South County Line to CSAH 25 (Wolf Lake Dr SE)- Mill and Bituminous Overlay

CR 401 (Monroe Ave SW) from CSAH 46 (Oak Hills Rd SW) to CSAH 11 (Carr Lake Rd SW)- Stabilized Full Depth Reclamation and Bituminous Surfacing

CR 407 (Sunnyside Rd SE) from CSAH 4 (N Grace Lake Rd SE) to CR 404 (30^th St SE)- Mill and Bituminous Overlay
