The mission of the Beltrami County Human Resources Department is to develop, implement and support innovative programs and processes that add value to Beltrami County and its employees. The department is the first point of contact for applicants and employees seeking employment information or assistance. Human Resources provides service and support to departments and employees. This includes:
- Coordinating countywide recruitment and hiring.
- Administering employee benefits, job classifications, and policies.
- Providing consultation on employee and department issues.
- Promoting employee training and development.
